Aseem Mankodi, Registered Valuer

Aseem founded ICON in 2011. Prior to ICON, Aseem was with Deloitte India’s valuation team for 6 years.

Aseem’s 17 years experience in valuations is extensive, having worked on more than 1,500 valuation assignments for a variety of clients, for different purposes and submissions to various regulatory authorities – local and international. His varied industry experience covers, inter alia, sectors such as life insurance, manufacturing, consumer business, healthcare, technology, infrastructure, media & entertainment and more recently start-ups. He specializes in valuation of intangible assets and equity valuations for the purpose of financial and regulatory reporting.

Aseem is a Registered Valuer and a Chartered Accountant. He has also completed his post graduation in Business Laws from National Law School of India, University, Bangalore.

Devarajan Krishnan, Registered Valuer

Dev is a Partner at ICON since 2014. Prior to ICON, Dev was part of Deloitte India’s valuation services from 2008 to 2014.

Dev has more than 14 years specialized experience in providing valuation advisory services. Dev's experience in valuations is diverse, having worked on various types of valuation projects across various industries. He has specialized experience in valuations of business & equity, intangibles & purchase price allocations, as well as derivatives & hybrid instruments. He has served clients for various purposes such as financial reporting, regulatory submissions and M&A transactions. He has also been a speaker on valuation related topics at professional institutes, corporate trainings and event networks.

Dev is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with ranks at national level, and is also a Registered Valuer under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017.

Madhur Sinha

Madhur joined ICON, at Singapore, as Principal, in 2022. She has over 14 years of experience in the fields of Transaction Advisory Services, Debt Credit Rating, Strategy & Analysis and Valuations.

She started her career with Deloitte India and Grant Thornton India, where her primary focus area was Accounting and Financial Due Diligence for M&A and Private Equity deals. She then moved to CARE Edge Ratings, in the credit rating team, handling ratings of renowned large corporate groups such as the Tata Group, Reliance Group, Mahindra Group and Welspun Group. Prior to joining ICON, she was part of two start-up ventures, in Singapore, as an advisor & marketing consultant, assisting in business development and fund-raising programmes.

At ICON, she handles share & business valuations, financial reporting valuations, regulatory valuations, intangible asset valuations and valuation of financial instruments including ESOP valuations. Madhur is a Chartered Accountant and has also completed a Diploma in IFRS (DipIFR), conducted by ACCA Global.
