Madhur joined ICON, at Singapore, as Principal, in 2022. She has a combined experience of over 14 years in the fields of Transaction Advisory Services, Debt Credit Rating, Strategy & Analysis and Valuations.
She started her career with Deloitte India and Grant Thornton India, where her primary focus area was Accounting and Financial Due Diligence for M&A and Private Equity deals. She then moved to CARE Edge Ratings, in the credit rating team, handling ratings of renowned large corporate groups such as the Tata Group, Reliance Group, Mahindra Group and Welspun Group. Prior to joining ICON, she was part of two start-up ventures, in Singapore, as an advisor & marketing consultant, assisting in business development and fund-raising programmes.
At ICON, she handles share & business valuations, intangible asset valuations and valuation of financial instruments including ESOP valuations. Madhur is a Chartered Accountant and has also completed a Diploma in IFRS (DipIFR), conducted by ACCA Global.
